Information collected through this website

This public website does not include an appointment form, patient account, patient portal, payment form, or symptom checker. The site does not ask you to enter a child’s medical information online.

Like most websites, the hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and request timing to deliver and protect the site. The site does not include advertising pixels or third-party behavioral advertising tools.

Calls and text messages

If you call or text, you choose what information to share. Phone and standard SMS services are provided by telecommunications companies and may not offer the same privacy protections as a dedicated patient portal.

Begin with only the information needed to request a response. Please do not send medical records, detailed health information, or photographs until Dr. Basily explains how they should be shared. Message and data rates may apply.

By calling or texting to request care, you consent to receive communications from Dr. Basily about that request and any agreed care. You may opt out of text messages by replying “STOP”; use a phone call for future contact after opting out. Contacting Elite Pediatric Concierge also indicates that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.

How information may be used

Information provided directly by phone or text may be used to respond to the request, determine whether the requested service may be appropriate, coordinate an agreed next step, maintain necessary practice records, and meet legal or safety obligations.

Elite Pediatric Concierge does not sell personal information or use information from care requests for third-party behavioral advertising.

This website notice is not a substitute for any Notice of Privacy Practices provided in connection with medical care. When a separate health-information notice applies, it will describe the relevant privacy practices and rights.
