Pediatric house calls
For selected non-emergency concerns, an in-home visit may be available when location, timing, and clinical needs are a good fit. Some symptoms require a clinic, urgent care center, or emergency department instead.
Care & services
Care is arranged directly by request. Call or text with a brief description of your child’s concern. Depending on availability and what can be evaluated safely, the next step may be a house call, video visit, focused guidance, or another level of care.
Care options
Each request is considered individually. Availability does not guarantee that a particular service is clinically appropriate.

A video visit can be useful for concerns that can be evaluated remotely. Your child must be physically located in Washington at the time of the visit. An in-person examination may be recommended when video is not sufficient.
For a focused, non-emergency question, Dr. Basily may be able to provide guidance by phone or text. A visit or more clinical information may be needed before advice or treatment can be provided.
A second pediatric perspective can help you understand a diagnosis, recommendation, or possible next step. Records or an examination may sometimes be needed.
Questions about a current medication, possible side effects, or laboratory results may be reviewed when enough clinical context is available.
After a house call or video visit, follow-up guidance may be available to discuss progress, answer a focused question, or decide whether further evaluation is needed.
