Website terms
Terms for using this website.
These terms preserve the communication and treatment terms used on the prior Elite Pediatric Concierge website and apply to the current call-or-text care-request process.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Agreement to these terms
By calling or texting Elite Pediatric Concierge to request care, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you are contacting Dr. Basily for a child, you represent that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to request care for that child.
Contacting Elite Pediatric Concierge does not by itself establish a physician-patient relationship, guarantee availability, or guarantee that care will be offered. Consent to treatment applies if a request is accepted and care proceeds.
General educational information
Website content is provided for general education. It does not provide a diagnosis or treatment plan and does not replace an individualized medical evaluation from a qualified clinician who knows the child’s history and circumstances.
Consent to receive calls and texts
By contacting Elite Pediatric Concierge, you consent to Dr. Arsany Basily communicating with you by phone or text message about your request and any agreed care. Communications may include healthcare-related information, follow-up information, and reminders when applicable.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying “STOP”. After opting out, use a phone call for future contact. Your mobile carrier may charge message or data rates, and Elite Pediatric Concierge is not responsible for carrier charges.
Consent to treatment
If a request is accepted and care proceeds, you consent as the parent, legal guardian, or authorized person to Dr. Arsany Basily providing medical evaluation or treatment to the child through the method agreed upon for that care. Information shared in connection with medical care will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.
Care may have limitations depending on the communication method. A house call, in-person examination, testing, referral, urgent care visit, or emergency evaluation may be recommended when phone, text, or video is not sufficient. A child must be physically located in Washington during a medical video visit.
Insurance and outside services
Elite Pediatric Concierge does not accept or bill insurance for Dr. Basily’s professional services. Insurance may still apply to laboratory testing, imaging, medications, or other services billed separately by an outside provider or pharmacy, depending on the family’s insurance plan. Families are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance plan and the outside provider or pharmacy.
Messaging and privacy
Phone and standard text messaging may not be appropriate for detailed or highly sensitive information. Begin with a brief request and wait for instructions before sending records, photographs, or detailed health information. Message and data rates may apply.
No emergency service
This website, its public information API, and the call-or-text request process are not emergency services and are not monitored as emergency channels. Online or remote care is not a substitute for emergency care. For a possible life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Third-party websites
Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. Elite Pediatric Concierge does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
Website availability and changes
The website may be updated, interrupted, or withdrawn without notice. These terms may also be updated as the public website and practice operations change.
